MissionsCRM Salesforce Support And Maintenance RelatedSupport and assistance for incidents raised by Sales & Marketing & Customer Service Key users with respect to Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the Maintenance Applicative and Evolutive (MAE) Department.Support CRM Team to manage and realize different steps of Salesforce changes (design, build, tests preparation and validation, put in production) with respect to MAE standard rules in terms of change management, developments norms, documentation policy.Support Digital Marketing Team with the implementation and usage of Marketing Cloud (Data extensions, automations, new channels deployment)Participate in technical specifications and documentation for evolution requests. Produce a weekly report for refreshing progress to Support Technical and CRM Manager Backup the MAE team respectively in the Sales & Marketing & Customer Service domainWarranty the good usage of Salesforce Standard ProcessManage Salesforce periodic operations (example : Data backup, Data cleaning, Global operational maintenance.ResponsibilitiesUser & Security Management: Manage the full user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Ensure MFA and security health checks are strictly maintained.Process Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex flows using Salesforce Flow.Platforms Maintenance (Salesforce + Marketing Cloud): Handle all basic administrative functions including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Lightning Record Pages.Data Integrity: Oversee data hygiene by managing duplicates, performing mass updates, and ensuring data standards are met across the organization.Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain high-impact reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs for executive leadership.Release Management: Stay current on Salesforce’s tri-annual releases (Spring, Summer, Winter). Evaluate new features in a Sandbox environment and manage the rollout to Production.User Support & Training: Act as the primary point of contact for user issues. Create training documentation and lead "office hours" to increase platform adoption.RequirementsBachelor degree and/or Master degree in computer science or Management of information systems.Salesforce Administration Certification (Min ADM201 - Ideally ADX201) requiredMarketing Cloud Certification is a plus+1 years progressive experience in the administration and support of Salesforce.knowledge and experience with IT standards (Network, Hardware) is necessary.knowledge in CTI solution would be appreciatedAny other Salesforce certification will be appreciated (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App builder)Professional English proficiency, French is a plusEmployment details: The successful candidate will be hired as a contractor and will be part of Valeo Service
