This role is ideal for candidates with a strong command of English and previous experience in customer service and ship agency operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily shipping agency operations.Handle vessel-related activities and documentation.Communicate effectively with clients and service providers.Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.Resolve issues and provide high-quality support to clients.Maintain accurate records and reports.Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail. 0–2 years of experience in shipping agency operations or a related field.Previous experience in English-speaking customer service accounts is a must.Previous experience with a ship agency is a must.Strong command of English (spoken and written).Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Immediate availability or a maximum notice period of two weeks is highly preferred.Must be based in Alexandria, Egypt.
