Student Recruitment & OutreachRepresent Nile University at school visits, education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitmentevents.Conduct presentations and information sessions for prospective students, parents, and school counselors.Assist in organizing campus tours, open days, and student recruitment events.Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions.Lead Generation & Follow-upGenerate and qualify prospective student leads through recruitment activities.Follow up with prospective students and parents via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, andCRM platforms.Guide applicants through the admission and application process.Ensure timely responses to inquiries and provide accurate information about university programs and admissions requirements.Student EngagementCoordinate with student ambassadors to support recruitment activities and peer-to-peerengagement initiatives.Promote alumni success stories, career opportunities, and university achievements to prospective students.Support the development of engaging recruitment campaigns and content.CRM & ReportingUpdate and maintain prospective student records in the CRM system.Track recruitment activities, lead conversions, and application progress.Prepare periodic reports on recruitment performance, event outcomes, and lead generation metrics.Marketing & CollaborationCollaborate with the Marketing Department on recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.Support digital recruitment initiatives, including webinars, virtual events, and social media engagement.Assist in developing recruitment strategies targeting local and international students. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing major or any relevant field0–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service, or marketing.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
