Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting → onboarding). Source candidates through job boards, social media & referrals. Conduct screening calls & interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate offers & ensure a smooth hiring experience.Requirements 0–1 year experience (Fresh grads most welcome). Bachelor’s degree.
