About this Position The Technical Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the stable operation, continuous improvement, and business alignment of a portfolio of enterprise applications and technical platforms. Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners, the role ensures that business needs are translated into reliable technical operations and effective solution delivery.What You´ll DoServe as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams for a portfolio of enterprise applications and platforms. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service continuity by coordinating incidents, service requests, changes, upgrades, and technical issues across the application landscape. Own and support the operational management of OSIsoft PI (PI System), ensuring stable service delivery and stakeholder alignment across global factory sites and regions. Coordinate server patching activities, planned technical updates, and maintenance actions to ensure platform stability, compliance, and minimal disruption to business operations. Monitor and manage cost-related aspects of the application landscape, including cost centers, service consumption, and platform-related operational expenses. Collaborate with infrastructure teams, support teams, vendors, and business representatives to manage technical dependencies and ensure effective issue resolution. Support Governance, Risk & Compliance activities by submitting, maintaining, and monitoring controls across the assigned application portfolio. What makes you a good fit 1 Year of experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or any related field. Good understanding of infrastructure-related activities, including server patching, system updates, and technical maintenance coordination. Experience with user administration, access management, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory group management is an advantage. Exposure to cost tracking, budget-related coordination, or cost center management within enterprise IT environments is considered a plus. Experience working with Governance, Risk & Compliance controls, audit requirements, and security standards in enterprise organizations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams on a global scale.
