A fast-growing company in the Agrochemicals (Crop Protection and Biostimulants fields) is seeking to hire a Key Account Executive for Big Farmsto be operating in Egypt, with the aspiration to expand to a regional scope in the near futurePosition Overview:The Key Account Executive – Egypt will lead the business relationship with Big Farms, including technical support and a sales plan, driving business growth with them. This role requires proven excellence in sales, business development and technical support to the customers. The incumbent will align with the company’s ethical standards, strategic goals, and customer expectations. Achieve the sales target with key, high-value farms.Build and maintain strong relationships with key target customers and consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and advance long-term business objectives.Identify new business opportunities in the relevant field.Qualifications & Experience:Education: BSc in Agriculture or related field.Experience:  3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the Agrochemicals Industry.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with hands-on proven achievements.Key Competencies:Sales & Market Development talent and skillsCustomer Relationship ManagementResults-Oriented and Entrepreneurial MindsetTechnical Knowledge in Agrochemicals is a must.Problem Solving & Decision MakingCompensation: Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) Performance-based incentives and annual bonusesOther benefits as per company policy
