Identify and generate new B2G leads to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business. Promote and sell IT products (laptops, printers, networking solutions) to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitors to support strategic sales planning. Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure continuous business opportunities. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to business partners to secure new deals. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve assigned revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems to support reporting and decision-making.  Knowledge of B2G sales processes and techniques Familiarity with IT products (laptops, printers, networking solutions) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience using CRM systems
