Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans by Achieving annual targets and increase average sales per customer.Lead planning and implementation of seasonal campaigns, including staffing, stock, and contracts.Provide accurate weekly/monthly reports and data insights.Control operational expenses and improve customer profitability by the budget management.Oversee departmental projects within scope, timeline, and budget.Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity for continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.5 -10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience in the Modern Trade is a MUST.Hands on experience in the Confectionery industry.
