RUSHBRUSH INC. is looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Key Account Manager to join our growing Commercial team and drive our General Trade business across Upper Egypt (Minya, Beni Suef, Assiut & Sohag).Key Accountabilities:Manage , develop and acquired accounts, drive sales growth, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Duties:Manage, develop, and acquire key accounts while driving sustainable sales growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing General Trade customers.Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Represent RUSHBRUSH professionally and strengthen our brand presence in the market.Monitor and report sales performance on a regular basis.Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.Ensure excellent product visibility, availability, and merchandising across all accounts and showrooms in line with company standards.Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager. Bachelor's degree is required.2–4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Executive in the General Trade (GT) channel.Previous experience managing the Upper Egypt area is a must.Good command of English.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.Target-driven and results-oriented.Flexible, disciplined, and highly presentable.Willingness to travel extensively across Upper Egypt to visit customers and key accounts.
