Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the differenceJob DescriptionTerritory Sales & Business Development:Assume full responsibility for achieving turnover, profit, and market share targets for the complete Bosch Power Tools portfolio with defined key professional users.Systematically identify, profile, and acquire new large key professional users within the territory, leading the entire sales process from lead generation through closing of frame contracts.Actively manage and develop the existing customer portfolio to deepen relationships and maximize share-of-wallet.Strategic Account & Tender Management:Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key user, outlining growth opportunities and required resources.Identify and pursue large national and public tenders, negotiating frame contracts and commercial terms autonomously to secure key contracts.Solution Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Ensure the correct mix of products and services is offered to each key user, advising on value-added services such as Fleet Management and Full-Service contracts.Collaborate with internal teams and other Bosch divisions to facilitate cross-selling opportunities and present integrated solutions.Gather and provide actionable feedback to internal departments on market trends, competitor activities, and user demands.Maintain accurate user data, visit reports, and sales funnels within the CRM system for effective performance tracking.Qualifications**Experience & Education:**3-6 years of proven B2B technical sales experience with a strong track record in lead acquisition, conversion, and key account managementDirect experience in industrial assembly, construction, and/or metal fabrication industriesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business, or a related field**Required Skills:**Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in EnglishExpertise in B2B sales methodologies and value-based sellingStrong negotiation and contract management skillsDeep industry knowledge of construction and manufacturing sectorsSolid understanding of power tools, accessories, and their applicationsExcellent project management abilities to handle complex tendersAdditional InformationKey Competencies:Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to independently identify and pursue opportunitiesAutonomous and accountable in managing territory with minimal supervisionExcellent communicator who builds rapport with users and internal teamsUser-centric approach with genuine passion for understanding customer needs and driving loyalty
