Currently, We employ more than 200 individualJob DescriptionResponsible for the proper Calibration of all instruments in the laboratoryIdentifies all samples received from production to conduct physical analyses & Chemical analysis for the semifinal and final product. Ensure proper sampling is taken place by the production teamConducts analysis for raw materials, sterilized molasses, creams, final products, etc., in addition to market samples according to Lint test methodsPrepare all chemicals needed for lab analysis for laboratory and production. Analyzes WWT and boiler water, chiller water, and cooling tower water. Analysis includes COD, POD, PH, conductivity, and free chlorine. Testing Boilers and boiler lines for conductivity, TDS, PH, hardness, iron, and sulfite for boilers onlyConducts tests for cooling towers and chillers, tests include free chlorine, TDS, PH, Iron, and hardness. Record and report the analysis results for chemical/ physical analysis and document all carried out analysesCommunicate all Out of Specs results to the Lab chiefConduct analysis of interlap tests and repeatability testsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Special Chemistry, or Chemistry/Microbiology from a Faculty of Science.Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment.
