• Support the management of daily landscape site operations to ensure alignment with approved design, project scope, and quality standards.• Assist in coordinating landscape contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of landscaping elements.• Supervise and support the execution of soundscape works—including planting, soil preparation, turfing, and irrigation installation—to maintain horticultural quality and long-term sustainability.• Assist in overseeing hardscape installation activities such as walkways, paving, lighting, and outdoor furniture to ensure compliance with design specifications.• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and support compliance with safety and quality standards.• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mockups in coordination with senior management to ensure alignment with approved designs.• Support the coordination and proper installation of irrigation systems—including pumps, valves, and sprinklers—in collaboration with MEP teams.• Assist in workforce planning, task allocation, and scheduling to maintain productivity and meet project timelines.• Liaise with head office, consultants, and project stakeholders to provide updates and support alignment across landscape activities.• Support the implementation of landscape maintenance programs during handover and post-installation phases.• Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and material requirements.• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards while promoting sustainable landscape practices.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 15 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years of hands-on experience in landscape site management within large-scale real estate or hospitality projects.Skills:• Strong technical knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and planting techniques • Proficient in reading and interpreting landscape drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation • Good understanding of construction coordination and site execution processes • Strong communication and coordination skillsAbilities & Attitude:• Detail-oriented and highly organized • Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Team player with strong collaboration skills
