As a Laundry Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. operationsResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniformsManage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniformsOversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenanceMonitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as neededOptimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metricsQualificationsWhat It Takes to Make the StayAt Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team MemberA passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
