Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Lead Designer for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider. Responsibilities:Provide direction, leadership, and mentorship to members of the Design team (currently 2 designers) ensuring strong collaboration and high morale. Foster a culture of teamwork, identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency through shared practices. Lead the creation of user-centered designs by understanding business goals, data insights, and user needs. Deliver user-friendly, visually appealing designs from discovery through implementation — crafting user stories, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Engineering — using emotional intelligence to build strong collaboration and informed decision-making. Ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products by developing and maintaining a unified design system. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design guidelines are aligned and consistently applied across the company.
