OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through structured, data-driven outreach campaigns, with the objective of generating qualified sales meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build targeted prospect lists aligned with defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)Source and enrich lead data (emails, phone numbers, company details) using tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platformsDesign and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)Create and optimize outreach sequences to maximize response and conversion ratesEngage with prospects to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systemsContinuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performanceCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategyRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or any other related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales roles. Hands-on experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Lusha, ZoomInfo)Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)Experience with outbound sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) is a plusAbility to work with data, segment audiences, and optimize campaignsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
