Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all mechanical activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, firefighting systems, plumbing, and other mechanical infrastructure.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions.Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.Skills & Technologies: This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in MEP systems, and experience with construction site management. Familiarity with relevant software and tools is also essential. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer, with a focus on MEP systems.Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, firefighting systems, plumbing, and infrastructure.Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in managing site activities and coordinating with contractors.Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
