1. Training Needs AnalysisIdentify and assess training needs across all farm functionsConduct assessments and gather data to define skill gaps2. Training Design & DevelopmentDesign structured training programs (technical & soft skills)Develop training materials and learning content tailored to agricultural roles3. Training DeliveryDeliver training sessions to employees across different levelsFacilitate both classroom and on-site (field) training4. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor training effectiveness using KPIsPrepare and present training reports and insights5.
