We are looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law, supporting clients in company incorporation, regulatory compliance, capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle company incorporation procedures and amendments through GAFI.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and corporate documents.Assist in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions, including legal documentation and coordination.Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.Support company restructuring projects and corporate governance matters.Assist with Capital Market transactions and regulatory filings.Liaise with regulatory authorities, including the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and GAFI.Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice to clients.Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations. Bachelor's degree in Law.3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal consultancy.Proven experience in Capital Market and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).Hands-on experience with GAFI procedures and company incorporation.Experience in drafting and reviewing NDAs, commercial agreements, and corporate legal documents.Practical knowledge of legal due diligence and preparing due diligence reports.Experience in company restructuring and corporate governance matters.Familiarity with Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) regulations and procedures.Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Strong command of written and spoken English.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
