Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Line Sales Manager- Obesity to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and empower the diabetes sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories
- Build impactful partnerships with endocrinologists, dietitians, nutritionists and key diabetes stakeholders to expand market presence
- Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
- 8+ years of pharma sales experience including managerial roles
- Solid background in diabetes care; exposure to GLP-1 or advanced therapies is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to influence treatment behaviors and drive business results
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with high agility
