Role OverviewRole Overview: The Live Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, including coordinating cleaning and maintenance tasks, managing guest check-ins, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and field operations teams. The role involves troubleshooting issues, handling guest damages, managing procurement, and maintaining up-to-date records for property details and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks to ensure operational efficiency and excellent guest experiences.Key Responsibilities Operations Coordination: Manage daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality service. Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and in-stay services, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Guest Support: Oversee guest check-in processes, ensure amenities and listings are updated, handle guest damages, and manage Airbnb claims and follow-ups. Field Ops Management: Communicate with field operations teams to support guest needs, manage deliveries, troubleshoot, and coordinate property viewings with the Residential team. Procurement & Inventory: Procure missing/damaged items below a specified budget (XXX AED) and maintain updated building details, check-in processes, and contact information. Administrative Tasks: Ensure utilities are paid on time, manage documentation for claims, and keep detailed records of all operational workflows. Skills And QualificationsProven experience in operations, property management, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience in working with vendors and managing relationships.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.Proficiency in using software tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and processes.Strong organizational and time-management skills.A proactive and problem-solving mindset.Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of property management systems or related tools is a plus.Why Join SilkhausAt Silkhaus, we foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and growth.
