OverviewThe Loan officer is responsible for promoting the company’s services and reaching the maximum number of potential customers through direct and indirect marketing activities. The main objective is to achieve the monthly target, increase profitability, and grow the customer base.What You´ll DoAchieve the monthly productivity target .Promote the company’s services within the assigned area in coordination with the team leader and branch manager.Select eligible clients according to predefined criteria and conditions.Collect and verify the required documents from clients and guarantors.Conduct accurate field investigations.Perform field visits to clients’ premises and business locations and prepare detailed visit reports.Carry out credit assessments, including determining the proposed loan amount, duration, type, and suitable repayment plan.Follow up on client repayments and communicate with overdue clients (1 to 3 months).Assist clients in using the “Halan” application and support the company’s digital transformation efforts.
