Follow up on the bills of lading and review them with the shipping agents until receiving the final bills before the sailing process. Financial settlement work for shipping agents. Selecting and assigning brokers to carry out sea and air clearance operations, sending the necessary documents for incoming and outgoing shipments, following up on the clearance stages, paying fees, and transporting operations to and from the factory. Follow up on financial settlements of shipments with customs brokers and review them before delivering their assets to the accounts. Preparing external purchase reports. Dealing with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones to issue import approvals for private use. Dealing with the Public Security Authority and the General Authority for Civil Protection to obtain the necessary approvals to release dual-use shipments. Dealing with the Export Support and Development Fund regarding the technical archive file and export shipment files eligible for support. Registering ISO certificates with the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality and obtaining the necessary responses to deal with the Export Support and Development Fund. Preparing the necessary commercial documents for the banks for shipments and following up on them until they are received. Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve work performance in its management. Perform all tasks requested by the Supply Chain Manager or General Operations Manager within the scope of work in Supply Chain Management. Submit periodic reports to the Supply Chain Manager to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, stating the reason.
