About the job Localization Junior Project Coordinator (Hybrid)We are seeking a skilled Localization Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage project workflows by coordinating tasks, ensuring timely communication, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule while meeting client expectations.Duties and Responsibilities:Checking and Responding to Emails – Reviewing and replying to client and team emails at the start of the shift and throughout the day, addressing queries and keeping all stakeholders updated.Receiving and Analyzing Project Requirements – Receiving project requests, analyzing client requirements (scope, language, and specifications), and planning accordingly.Task Assignment and Resource Coordination – Assigning tasks to linguists or vendors based on project needs, confirming availability, and ensuring all team members are prepared.Project Management and Tracking – Managing project timelines, budgets, tracking ongoing tasks, and adjusting plans to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.Quality Assurance (QA) and Final Checks – Performing quality checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of deliverables, ensuring all client specifications are met.Preparing and Delivering Completed Files – Finalizing and delivering files to clients by the deadline, confirming that all details meet quality standards.Must have qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field0-1 year of experience in the field or a similar roleExcellent verbal and written EnglishCertificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etcSolid understanding of CAT and QA ToolsKnowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AIBasic knowledge of LEWorking Conditions:Hybrid Working Days: 5Days Off: Saturday and SundayWorking Hours: 10:00 A.M – 7:00 P.M or 5:00 P.M – 2:00 A.M (night) Rotational shifts.Location: Al-Jizah - near Midan Lebonan - El-Mohandessin
