Handling with shipping lines, booking vessels, tracking shipments, arrange loading dates, and vessel arrivals dates for export.Follow up with drivers and the schedules for release the containers for loading from the factory and their arrival at the port, coinciding with the cutoff date of vessel.prepare shipping documents with the shipping line, paying for container transport, loading and unloading costs, and container shipping fees.Tracking the arrival of containers to their final destination and arrival dates and free days for the customer.Preparing documents for certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and export certificates, packing list.Confirming vessels arrival time to Finance Dept for payment purposes and to Buyers to guarantee availability of shipping documents prior to vessels arrival to avoid paying demurrage or storage fees.Keeping records of all demurrages, detentions, etc. and follow up with the concerned buyers for settlements and implements preventive actions to avoid customs penalties.Prepare a justification note in case of paying demurrage mentioning the reasons of the penalty paid.Preparing and follow up the payments for the customs house with Finance Dept.Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods.Arranging weekly schedule for loading dates.Coordinates with the factory the arranging of containers arrival for loading as per the monthly export schedule.Following up with the couriers and shipping lines for freight quotations for destinations not have a fixed contract with their destinations.prepare and arrange all customs requirements for Sea and air and inland. Excellent in English language & MS OfficeHard Worker, Alert and good at follow-up.Elaborate communication skills and good moral characterHave complete knowledge to prepare and arrange all documentations requirements for Sea and air and inland for export.Experience more than 2-3 yearsKnowledge and understanding of Logistics concepts and application.
