The Logistics and Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process and logistics activities to ensure the timely availability of automotive spare parts and services. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and optimizing the supply chain to support after-sales operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier identification, quotation requests, purchase order creation, and order follow-upCoordinate logistics processes related to importation, customs clearance, transportation, and distribution of spare partsMaintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of shipment issuesAssist in vendor performance evaluation and support negotiation of terms, pricing, and delivery schedulesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete stockPrepare and maintain procurement and logistics documentation, reports, and dashboards for management reviewSupport compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement and logistics processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field2-4 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industryGood knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics operationsFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelStrong organizational and communication skills with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectivelyFluency in English and Arabic is preferred
