Support the warehouse manager in processing customer orders and establishing delivery schedules.Liaise with cargo transport companies or the movement department daily to arrange transportation, ensuring vehicles are allocated and directed to load and deliver goods to customers.Ensure that goods are accompanied by correct chemical descriptions and documentation as per delivery permits.Manage vehicle scheduling and implement efficient stacking and delivery prioritization to maximize operational efficiency.Track vehicles throughout their delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and proper unloading of goods at customer locations.Prepare and submit periodic reports to the warehouse manager detailing any discrepancies or issues identified.Collect and verify delivery permits signed by customers and forward them to the accounts department for invoicing.Prepare statements for transport expenses per contractor or company, ensuring adherence to contract terms, and submit approved documents for accounting and payment processing.Keep accurate and up-to-date records of transportation costs and relevant documentation.Generate reports on distribution activities to track performance and efficiency.Undertake any other tasks assigned by the warehouse manager within the scope of Responsibilities:Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, halting any actions that violate these standards.Oversee that employees comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Make informed decisions regarding actions affecting environmental and occupational safety and health.Ensure strict adherence to all HSE rules and instruction Bachelor of Business Administration. Computer Skills (Very Good) (Microsoft – Operating Systems). Strong knowledge of warehouse management. English (very good). Experience Previous experience of 2-4 years in paints or chemicals (highly preferred)
