Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of agri-food products to global markets. The role aligns logistics activities with the company’s growth, sustainability, and operational excellence objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and sustainability.Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including cold chain and export operations.Oversee customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Optimize routes, carrier management, and logistics costs.Lead relationships with logistics partners and 3PL providers.Implement logistics technology for improved visibility and decision-making.Ensure product integrity and cold chain compliance during transit.Monitor and report on logistics KPIs and budget performance.Lead and develop the logistics team.Candidate ProfileEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Master’s or APICS/CLTD certification is a plus.Experience7+ years in logistics management, with 2+ years in leadership.Experience in agri-food, FMCG, or perishable goods sectors preferred.Technical SkillsInternational logistics & trade compliance.ERP systems proficiency (e.g., SAP).Cold chain management expertise.Knowledge of food safety, health, and environmental regulations.Leadership CompetenciesStrategic execution and change leadership.Team leadership and talent development.Collaboration and stakeholder management.LanguagesFluent in English and ArabicOther RequirementsOffice-based role with regular interaction with internal and external partners.
