In this capacity, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our export supply chain. Your primary focus will be managing the movement of goods, overseeing shipping documentation, and maintaining rigorous oversight of freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure all international orders reach their destination on time and in perfect condition.Key ResponsibilitiesShipment & Carrier Monitoring: Actively track all outgoing shipments from dispatch to arrival. You will be responsible for providing real-time status updates and holding shipping companies accountable for their performance and schedules.Export Documentation: Prepare and manage the full suite of export documentation required for global trade, ensuring 100% accuracy to avoid delays at customs.Logistics Coordination: Synchronize with production and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules with product availability.Shipping Company Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for shipping lines and freight forwarders, managing bookings and resolving any transit issues or delays immediately.Operational Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital records of all shipping operations, costs, and historical data for performance auditing.QualificationsExperience: 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.Technical Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel for tracking and reporting).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting shipping delays.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
