Logistics & Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Logistics and Operations Specialist to join our growing team and manageend-to-end shipment operations. The ideal candidate is someone highly organized, detail-oriented, andan effective communicator—capable of coordinating seamlessly with international offices, clients, andvendors.Key Responsibilities:Shipment Coordination & Execution:Review and verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport partners to follow up on cargo production and loading schedules.Arrange and manage transport bookings with freight forwarders and/or carriers, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on cargo readiness and loading schedules.Documentation & Compliance:Draft, review, and finalize all shipping documents, including but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.Submit documentation to shipping lines, banks or authorities as needed (e.g., for Letters of Credit, EUR1, etc.).Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, country specific customs requirements and incoterms.Maintain accurate records and files of shipments for reporting and audits.Communication & Client Support:Serve as a liaison between international internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.Communicate regularly with clients regarding shipment status, expected arrival times, and any disruptions.Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt resolution to logistics-related issues.Maintain clear and professional communication.SkillsMinimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.Fluent in English (spoken and written); French fluency is a strong asset.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Familiarity with international shipping documentation and procedures.Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics platforms or ERP systems is a plus.If you are passionate about logistics and meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you!
