Finishing the procedures for obtaining import approvals from the regulatory authorities (Ministry of Agriculture - Ministry of Investment...) to clear shipments from customs.Sending the shipping documents to the clearance representative at the ports and Cairo airport to clear the customs release papers.Follow up the customs clearance procedures with the clearance representative and estimate the customs duties.Sending a request to the company's financial department to pay customs duties.Follow up on the financial department to ensure that the checks for financial claims are disbursed in favor of the customs authority and the concerned authorities to complete the customs clearance process.Follow up the procedures of the customs release process with the clearance representative to solve the problems that hinder the completion of the procedures.Coordination with transport companies and company warehouses to transport shipments from the ports or Cairo airport to the warehouses of the concerned authorities to receive shipments released customs.Follow up on receiving the addition permits from the stores to ensure that the goods enter the stores according to the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order.Coordination with the Financial Department to make a financial settlement between the company and the customs extract to close the account with documents and invoices Bachelor degree.Communication SkillsGood command of the English language.knowledge logistics field ( shipments & incoterms )Minimum two or three years of experience in the logistics field (Experience in dealing with freight forwarders and shipping lines).Knowledge about Shipment and incotermsNegotiation skills
