Booking & Scheduling: Coordinate and secure container bookings (FCL/LCL) with major shipping lines (e.g., MSC, CMA CGM, Maersk) and freight forwarders based on production schedules and client requirements.Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and handle all essential export documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Sea Waybills (SWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificates, and EUR.1 Certificates.Customs & Operations: Follow up closely on customs clearance procedures at Egyptian ports and ensure the release of shipments without delays.Incoterms Implementation: Apply and manage various trade terms (FOB, CFR, EXW, DAP) and ensure proper logistics execution accordingly.Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments from factory loading to the final port of destination, keeping international clients and sales managers updated on ETD, ETA, and potential cut-off dates.Coordination: Work closely with the factory production team to align loading dates and container positioning.Telex Release: Manage the processing of Telex Releases and original document dispatch through local maritime offices.· Inland Transportation Management: Coordinate and oversee inland trucking logistics, ensuring timely container positioning from the factory/cold stores to the ports at competitive rates.· Invoice Auditing & Review: Review, verify, and audit all incoming invoices from freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inland transport companies against agreed tariffs and quotation sheets before approving them for payment. Language Skills: Excellent command of written EnglishSkills:In-depth knowledge of shipping procedures, maritime lines operations, and Egyptian customs regulations.Strong familiarity with Incoterms and global trade documentation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills under tight cut-off deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
