Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Low and Medium Voltage Mechanical Design Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing the design and development of low to medium voltage systems and components, managing mechanical engineering projects, and supervising a team of design engineers. The individual will coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to industry standards, and facilitate collaboration to improve processes and drive innovation. Additionally, the role involves monitoring timelines, ensuring product quality, and managing resources effectively throughout the design process. Qualifications Expertise in Design Management and Machine Design, with a strong ability to create innovative solutions for low and medium voltage components.Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and proficiency in industry-standard software tools.Experience in Team Management, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivering projects on time and within scope.Knowledge of industry standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in design and production.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management or Design are a plus.Experience in the manufacturing or electrical supplies industry is highly desirable.
