1. Conduct site visits to the customer's location based on complaints or scheduled appointments and perform the required tasks. This includes:o Identifying faults and disassembling and reassembling equipment.o Repairing or replacing equipment.o Inspecting and testing equipment performance after maintenance.o Determining if spare parts are needed and providing them.o Performing preventative maintenance.o Conducting a replacement and upgrade study.2. Following up on the complaint status until resolution, whether initiated by the customer or the parts engineer, to determine when the required parts will be available and the complaint closed.3. Preparing various reports reports wither to the Customer - the Manager, status analysis, etc…. 3 years min. experienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .power section is preferredelectrical knowledge is a plus!Act fast to resolve emergency issuesThe ability to work in different areas.Excellent Communication and Hard-working skills.
