At NILEWOOD, we are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with strong experience in heavy industrial environments. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and build a strong preventive maintenance culture across the plant.This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient plant performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the maintenance team to ensure high equipment availability and operational efficiency.Develop and implement Preventive & Corrective Maintenance programs across all plant equipment.Ensure quick and effective troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.Manage spare parts planning and maintenance budgets.Ensure strict adherence to HSE and safety standards during maintenance activities.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Strong experience in Heavy Industry or Industrial Manufacturing.Proven expertise in Preventive & Corrective Maintenance systems.Strong leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams.Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience with maintenance planning systems and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
