Job OverviewResponsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of production lines and industrial equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, programming control systems, improving equipment performance, and minimizing downtime.???? Key Responsibilities1️- Preventive & Routine Maintenance• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for equipment and production lines.• Inspect electrical and electronic components and control systems.• Monitor equipment condition and detect potential failures.• Document maintenance and repair activities.2- Emergency Maintenance & Troubleshooting• Respond rapidly to unexpected production line breakdowns.• Diagnose and repair electrical and control system faults.• Minimize downtime and restore operations quickly.• Analyze recurring failures and prevent reoccurrence.3- Industrial Control & Programming• Program and modify PLC systems for production lines.• Develop and optimize control programs to improve efficiency.• Work with Classic Control Systems.• Adjust sensors, motors, and automation components.• Support Embedded Systems when required.4- Performance Improvement & Equipment Efficiency• Analyze production line performance and identify improvement opportunities.• Reduce failures and improve operational reliability.• Enhance machine speed and technical performance.• Participate in upgrading and modernizing production lines. ???? Job Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: Communications & Electronics, Electrical Power, Mechatronics, or Industrial Control.• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and programming of industrial production lines.• Strong experience in PLC programming and operation.• Good knowledge of Classic Control System.• Embedded Systems knowledge is preferred.• Ability to read electrical drawings and control diagrams.• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
