The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the retail property, managing tenant relations, ensuring smooth functioning of mall facilities, and enforcing operating procedures and policies. Responsibilities include managing vendors and contractors, supervising maintenance and safety operations, analyzing financial performance, and coordinating events to drive footfall and enhance the shopping experience. The role also involves leading a team, addressing tenant and visitor concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Qualifications Strong operational management and facility maintenance skills, including vendor management, resource planning, and ensuring property safety Experience in tenant relationship management, including leasing processes, dispute resolution, and service excellence Budgeting and financial analysis capabilities to ensure profitability and cost control Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational and stakeholder concerns Proficiency with property management software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in property management are a plus Experience in retail or commercial property management in similar roles is preferred Knowledge of applicable local regulations related to retail and property management
