Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mall Operations Manager to oversee the mall's daily operations, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and an outstanding customer experience. The role is responsible for managing mall operations, facilities, housekeeping, and cross-functional teams while driving efficiency, compliance, and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business plans and operational strategies to support the mall's objectives and growth.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations across all functions.Manage housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve operational issues and enhance tenant satisfaction.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of operational activities and business initiatives.Oversee preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution with minimal disruption to mall operations.Monitor tenant payments and support the resolution of outstanding financial matters in accordance with contractual agreements.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, leasing agreements, and contractual obligations.Support leasing activities, contract negotiations, and tender management when required.Lead initiatives that enhance the mall's brand image, customer experience, and overall operational performance.Perform any other duties assigned to support the mall's operational and strategic objectives. EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.MBA is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in mall management or a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of commercial facilities management and shopping mall operations.Proven experience in leasing contracts, negotiations, and tender management.Experience managing housekeeping, facilities, and outsourced service providers is an advantage.SkillsStrong leadership and business acumen.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
