Key Responsibilities• Lead and execute management consulting projects across various industries.• Assess organizational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.• Conduct business analysis, research, interviews, and diagnostic assessments.• Develop organizational structures, governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and operating manuals.• Design strategic plans, business models, KPIs, and performance management systems.• Prepare professional reports, proposals, and executive presentations.• Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and presentations.• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and knowledge assets.Preferred Experience• Strategic Planning• Organizational Development• Corporate Governance• Organizational Design and Restructuring• Policies and Procedures Development• Performance Management & KPIs• Quality Management Systems• Business Process Improvement• Change Management and Organizational Transformation Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, organizational development, or corporate transformation.• Proven experience in delivering consulting projects for private or public sector organizations.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
