Publicis Commerce is the commerce acceleration practice within Publicis Media, partnering with leading CPG brands across the MENA region to drive growth across marketplaces and omnichannel retailers including Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Carrefour and emerging quick commerce platforms.As a Manager – Commerce Media, you will lead a client commerce pod, overseeing retail media strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across biddable and non-biddable platforms. You will act as the primary day-to-day commerce lead for assigned brands, ensuring integration across retail media, commerce content, digital shelf analytics, and data & measurement solutions.You will guide and mentor junior team members while contributing to annual operating plans, innovation roadmaps, and cross-functional commerce projects beyond media activation.Technical & ProductLead retail media strategy, planning and optimization across Amazon Ads (Search, Sponsored Display, DSP), Noon Ads, Talabat Ads Manager, Carrefour and other key platforms.Develop annual, quarterly and event-based commerce activation plans aligned to client AOPs.Oversee campaign setup, bid strategy, pacing, audience planning, and budget allocation.Ensure strict QA standards and executional excellence across planning and activation workflows.Monitor always-on and campaign-based performance, identifying core performance drivers and optimization levers.Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate attribution models (Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud) into reporting frameworks.
