Job OverviewThe Data Analytics & AI Manager is responsible for transforming data into advanced insights, predictive intelligence, and AI-driven solutions that support strategic and operational decision making across the organization.Strategic ManagementLead Advanced analytics initiatives that support business performance and strategic goals.Identify opportunities where predictive analytics and AI can improve efficiency, revenue, or cost control.Gather and translate business requirements into analytical and AI- Driven solutions.Analyze internal and external factors that impact business performance.Analytics & AI EnablementDevelop and enhance advanced analytics solutions, including forecasting and predictive models.partner with data science teams to deploy AI/ ML use cases that solve real business challenges.support automation of insights and reporting using intelligent analytics toolsEnsure AI and analytics outputs are understandable, reliable, and aligned with business.Reporting & InsightsOversee Development of dashboards and visualization that support business monitoring.Ensure KPIs and performance indicators are clearly defined and consistently tracked.Deliver monthly performance analysis reports with insights and improvement recommendations.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a bridge between business teams, BI, and data science functions.Present insights and AI- Driven findings in a clear and business friendly manner.support leadership with scenario analysis and data backed recommendations.RequirementsUniversity degree in computer science, data analytics, information systems, business intelligence, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data roles.Experience working with analytics, predictive modeling, or AI initiatives.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Technical skillsExperience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAC.Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.Exposure to analytics and AI tools.Experience working with data models and structured dataset'sPreferred ExperienceExperience in FMCG, Food & Beverages industry is a plus.Experience supporting forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics initiatives.Experience working in Agile or project-based data environments.
