This includes hiring and developing the sales team, establishing scalable sales processes, managing pipeline and forecasts, and driving consistent client acquisition and quota achievement. The objective is to build a high-performing sales organization capable of rapidly expanding mazeed’s SaaS client base across the UAE and GCC.Primary ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and scale the SaaS sales team (SDRs and Account Executives)Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual SaaS sales targetsDesign and implement a structured, scalable SaaS sales processBuild and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipelineImprove conversion rates across the entire sales funnelEstablish clear KPIs, quotas, and performance management frameworksCoach and develop the sales team to maximize performanceEnsure accurate CRM management, pipeline visibility, and forecastingWork closely with marketing, partnership and product teams to improve lead quality and conversionEssential Skills And QualificationsBachelors' Degree in a relevant field8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS, including 2 years of managerial experience leading and develiping sales teamsExperience scaling sales in a high-growth environmentProven experience building and managing sales teamsExperience selling to SMBs or mid-market businessesStrong pipeline management and forecasting skillsExperience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or SalesforceThis role is hiring at multi-level; a strong Head of Sales meeting the desireable points would be prioritized if:You bring experience in fintech, accounting, ERPGCC market experienceStronger managerial experience with larger cross-border team
