We are growing our team at Zenith. We are on the lookout for a strong Manager with solid Digital experience to support end to end digital strategy and planning for a key consumer healthcare client across MEA. This is a hands-on role for someone who is strong in execution and ready to grow into more strategic ownership. You will work closely with key stakeholders to shape full funnel plans, manage campaign delivery, and drive clear test and learn pilots with strong strategic rationale.Key responsibilitiesCampaign strategy and planning - Support full funnel media planning outputs. Channel role, audience approach, budget splits, phasing, and measurement inputs.Innovation and test and learn - Drive a test and learn mindset by proactively identifying new opportunities, formats, and measurement approaches. Build pilots with clear hypotheses and learning agenda to keep us ahead of the curve on all things digital.Optimization and performance delivery – Work with performance specialists to ensure delivery and ongoing optimizations. Identify issues early and recommend corrective actions. Reporting and insights – Build learning summaries and optimization logs to capture what worked and what to improve to feed into all reporting cadences. Maintain dashboards and trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Stakeholder and partner coordination – Coordinate with local market teams to collect inputs, align timelines, and close actions.Liaise with platform partners for troubleshooting, value adds, and basic innovation pilots.Governance and ways of working – Maintain structured project management across your workstreams. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Templates, checklists, and automation ideas.What success looks likeCampaigns launch on time with strong QA and minimal rework.Delivery is stable. Proposes and executes test and learn pilots with clear hypotheses and success metrics, and documents learnings with a clear scale or stop recommendation.Required experience4-5 years in digital media, ideally in an agency environment managing multinational accounts across multiple stakeholders and timelines.Hands on experience across key digital channels. Programmatic, Social and Search planning expertise.Working knowledge of major ad platforms and tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok. Equivalent tools accepted.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
