Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Qesm 1st Tanta. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate research and consultation projects, and ensure the timely and effective delivery of services. Responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring quality standards, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining efficient workflows to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Leadership, team management, and organizational skillsStrong communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of research methodologies, academic writing, and medical statisticsExperience in project management and ability to ensure timely project deliveryProficiency in tools and software relevant to research documentation and analyticsCritical thinking, decision-making skills, and attention to detailFluency in English and Arabic, both written and spokenBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or experience in medical research are preferred
