Here, you’ll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.ResponsibilitiesRaw Materials Sourcing & DevelopmentManage raw material sourcing strategy, including supplier identification, evaluation, and allocation.Initiate and manage raw material sourcing and development activities from concept to adoption.Review and validate material specifications, pricing, and lead times to confirm feasible and competitive options.Drive material re-engineering and duplication initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, supply continuity, and flexibility.Raw Materials Approval QA & Risk assessmentManage fabric quality assurance processes, including preliminary risk assessments such as mold trials and bonding tests.Establish and implement material quality guidelines, ensuring alignment with QA deliverables and development deadlines.Identify, define, and closely monitor high-risk materials (quality performance and capacity) throughout in-season development.Validate new fabric process routes through testing and on-site supplier visits.Review data accuracy and assess risk evaluation outcomes to support informed decision-making.Oversee DGT testing specimen reviews, validate test information, collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT), and escalate issues to leadership when alignment or decisions are required.Color ApprovalManage color development for materials, including lab dip and strike-off approvals.Oversee color approval processes for bulk production, covering both solid and printed materials.Conduct and support on-site color approvals to ensure alignment with quality and brand standards.Special New Technique Management (Wash, Graphics, AOP Print)Define and allocate appropriate development routes for new or special material techniques.Initiate and manage trials for new processes, including washing, graphic applications, and all-over print techniques.Review and validate process routes, costing, and lead times to confirm viable and scalable solutions.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology or relevantMinimum 10 years of experience in raw material manufacturing within the lingerie and/or apparel industry.Strong technical expertise in raw material manufacturing processes, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing, and quality assurance, with a demonstrated Right First Time mindset and culture.Solid understanding of raw material cost structures and processing cost build-up.Hands-on experience applying established quality assurance methodologies within the textile industry.Proven leadership capabilities, including talent development, as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills.Able to work independently & effectively with all levels in a multicultural and multinational settingGood command of written and spoken English
