This role is critical to ensuring that EVA Pharma's Oncology & Immunology portfolio achieves optimal patient access and reimbursement. The successful candidate will lead market access strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and champion the value of our therapies across diverse healthcare systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute advanced market access strategies for EVA Pharma's Oncology & Immunology productsLead the development of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiationsDrive cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Governmental Affairs teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groupsMonitor healthcare policy, Oncology & Immunology reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunitiesSupport evidence generation initiatives, including real-world data and HEOR studies, to strengthen product value propositionsManage and develop a team of market access professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunitiesFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teamTrack and report on market access performance metrics to drive continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum 4 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong oncology background.Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadershipDeep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer dynamics in EgyptExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionallyStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
