Job PurposeAnalyze market data, identify e-commerce growth trends, and help design new digital business models to support company expansion and revenue growth in key markets (Specifically Egypt and KSA).Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & ReportingRun regular and on-demand reports on online sales, pricing, and market share.Analyze competitor moves, digital consumer habits, and channel profitability.Help improve data systems and support e-commerce platform upgrade projects.2. Market Intelligence & GrowthStudy regional e-commerce markets to find new digital business opportunities and trends.Track online shopper behavior and feedback to find market gaps and unmet needs.Keep a single, updated database of market facts and digital trends for all countries.3. Business Design & InnovationResearch and build financial models for new digital business ideas and revenue streams.Create customer journey maps and prototypes to test new online services or features.Organize team workshops to turn digital business ideas into clear execution plans.4. Post-Launch TrackingMonitor how new digital products, features, or brands perform using online sales trends.Compare real launch results against targets to spot user drops, risks, or gaps.Share lessons learned from product launches to improve future e-commerce rollouts.5. Team & Partner CollaborationTurn complex user and sales data into simple, clear presentations for senior managers.Work with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to support their main goals.Partner with external businesses and vendors to test new product pilots or services.Requirements & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceDegree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 2–3 years of experience in market analysis, business research, or data-driven roles.Industry Context: Experience working within E-commerce, Fintech, or Digital Consumer Services is highly preferred.Technical SkillsData Tools: Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Analytics Tools: Basic familiarity with e-commerce / web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Financial Modeling: Ability to build financial spreadsheets, ROI calculations, and revenue projections.Presentation Tools: Advanced skills in PowerPoint to create clean, visual decks for leadership.Soft SkillsSimplicity: Ability to turn complex charts and numbers into simple, clear stories.Communication: Excellent presentation skills for talking to senior managers and external digital partners.Problem Solving: A design-thinking mindset to sketch user ideas, map customer journeys, and test solutions.Collaboration: Comfortable leading cross-functional workshops (Product, Marketing, Tech).
