Job Purpose:The Market Research Senior Manager at Hyde Park Developments will lead the market research function, providing strategic insights to support decision-making and drive the company's growth in the real estate sector. This role involves managing and executing comprehensive market research projects, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of market research activities including designing research methodologies, managing data collection, and analyzing market trendsDevelop research briefs and ensure alignment with Hyde Park Developments' strategic goalsManage relationships with external research agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality and relevant market insightsConduct competitive analysis, consumer segmentation, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and threatsTranslate complex data and research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadershipMonitor and report on market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends in the real estate industryDrive innovation in market research approaches, including the use of new technologies and data analytics techniquesEnsure research projects are conducted within budget and timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracyMentor and develop the market research team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredAt least 8-10 years of experience in market research, with a significant portion in the real estate or property development industryProven experience in managing market research projects and leading a teamStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and toolsExperience working with external agencies and managing multiple research projects simultaneouslyProficiency in market research software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suiteStrong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop staff
