Role OverviewFramzo Marketing Agency is hiring a Marketing Account Manager to lead client communication and coordinate end-to-end marketing execution across multiple channels.We are looking for someone who understands marketing as a full ecosystem, not just one function. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing accounts, aligning internal teams, reviewing outputs, and ensuring that execution supports both marketing performance and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead communication with clients and manage account relationships professionallyTranslate client needs and business priorities into actionable marketing plansCoordinate across content, social media, paid media, websites, SEO, email marketing, design, and media productionPrepare and manage briefs, timelines, follow-ups, and delivery flowReview deliverables and ensure quality before client submissionWork closely with internal teams to keep projects aligned, organized, and on trackSupport campaign planning, execution, and reportingEnsure marketing activities are connected to business outcomes and sales direction Requirements5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional marketing understanding across digital, content, creative, and campaign executionExcellent client communication and account handling skillsStrong project coordination and follow-up abilitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts and moving prioritiesStrong business sense and understanding of how marketing supports growth and salesFluent Arabic and very good English communication skillsPlus FactorsPrevious agency experienceField or sales experienceExperience working with different industries and business models
