Position: Marketing and Client Relationship OfficerThis is an integral role for the efficient and professional life of the company. To perform this role proficiently, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the business itself, its values, objectives, and the evolving roles of team.In your role you will have a full 360 degrees of marketing and PR exposure and active involvement. From content writing to photography, and graphic design. You will care for anything to do with the company's brand across multiple platforms including social media, above-the-line, below-the-line, website and physical store, internally and externally. Creates an annual marketing plan in accordance with company strategy that covers all retail and wholesale aspects of the businessb. Manages branding, printing and coordinates with and supervises graphic designerc. Implements social media campaigns and advertising across multiple platformsd. Builds relationships with social media influencerse. Monthly wholesale client email updates, regular retail updatesf. Manages branding in wholesale client locationsg. Event coordination, planning, management and implementationh. Content writingi. Graphic designj. Photographyk. Creates and sends newsletters, special event greetings and communications.l. Builds and develops soft copy marketing materials and resources – liaising with colleagues to ensure all needed items are available and up to datem. Works with Stock Control person to ensure adequate and update to date stock of all necessary printed matter / below the line itemsn. Works in close liaison with line manager and Finance Team to ensure all expenditure is planned and approvedo. Works to develop and improve internal branding and image for shop, office and all workspacesp. Publishes and keeps updating e-tailing stores (Talabat, Amazon, The Mall of Coffee, Jumia, Noon, etc). This includes content creation, branding and promotions, and price updates.2. Client relations supporta. Works closely with Client Relations Officer to ensure excellent relations, communication and branding identity with all clientsb. Regular communication with wholesale clients and visits to check on visual identity and organises joint marketing initiatives in liaison with line managerc. Connects with clients and conducts regular client relations meetings in liaison line manager & Client Relations Officer.3. Administrationa. Ensures all work and files are clearly named and organized within agreed systemsb. Carries out agreed department / area reporting as requested from line manager / leadership teamc. Works closely with finance department regarding departmental financial planning and expenditured. Translates or arranges translation for documents as needede. Monitors departmental supplies (stationery, printing paper, stock, etc) and sends PO for replenishing stockf. Monitors own desk and department appearance cleanliness and organisation and takes necessary steps to ensure a tidy, organised and clean workspace and departmentg.
