This role reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for someone who understands marketing fundamentals, knows how to build practical growth systems, and can use tools like HubSpot Marketing Hub, AI content and creative tools, paid ad platforms, and analytics dashboards to execute campaigns with speed, quality, and measurable results. You will not only create marketing campaigns. You will design the system that makes marketing more consistent, automated, trackable, and scalable.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation and CRM Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows within HubSpot Marketing Hub or a similar platform, including lead capture, segmentation, nurturing, email sequences, lifecycle stages, forms, landing pages, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.Maintain clean CRM and marketing data, ensuring contacts, companies, deals, lists, properties, and campaign attribution are organized and useful for decision-making.Create automated journeys for prospects, customers, partners, and other key audiences.Develop workflows that reduce manual follow-up and improve conversion from first contact to qualified lead.Campaign Planning and Execution Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, landing pages, content, social media, webinars, and other relevant channels.Turn business goals into campaign plans with clear audiences, offers, messages, channels, timelines, and KPIs.Coordinate campaign assets, copy, creatives, targeting, budgets, launch schedules, and performance reporting.Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, offer refinement, and funnel optimization.AI Content and Creative Production Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, copywriting, ad variations, landing page drafts, email sequences, social posts, and creative concepts.Work with AI content and creative tools while maintaining brand quality, accuracy, tone, and strategic relevance.Create or coordinate marketing assets, including ads, banners, short-form content, email graphics, presentations, landing page visuals, and campaign collateral.Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and aligned with the company’s positioning and target audience.Paid Ads and Growth Channels Manage or coordinate paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.Set up campaign tracking, conversion events, UTM structures, retargeting audiences, and performance dashboards.Monitor ad performance, budget usage, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.Recommend budget shifts and campaign improvements based on data.Analytics and Reporting Build dashboards and recurring reports that clearly show marketing performance.Track key metrics such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, email performance, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition performance.Translate marketing data into practical recommendations for the CEO.Provide weekly and monthly performance updates with clear insights, actions taken, and next steps.Website, Landing Pages, and Funnel Optimization Create and optimize landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths.Improve the customer journey from ad or content click to lead capture and sales follow-up.Identify friction points in the funnel and recommend improvements.Support website content updates, SEO improvements, and campaign-specific landing pages.QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You should understand marketing fundamentals and be comfortable building workflows, launching campaigns, reviewing data, and using automation tools directly. The ideal candidate is practical, organized, analytical, creative, and comfortable working in a small-business environment where priorities change quickly, and results matter.Required SkillsStrong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including positioning, targeting, customer journeys, conversion funnels, lead generation, content marketing, email marketing, paid ads, and analytics.Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a similar marketing automation platform.Experience building email sequences, lead nurturing workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, segmentation, and campaign reporting.Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Ability to use AI tools for content creation, creative development, research, campaign planning, and productivity.Strong copywriting and editing skills for ads, emails, landing pages, social posts, and campaign messaging.Ability to analyze campaign data and make clear recommendations.Comfortable working directly with a CEO or founder in a fast-moving small business environment.Good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Preferred SkillsHubSpot certification or strong practical experience with HubSpot.Experience working in a small business, startup, agency, consulting firm, or growth-focused company.Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Express, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms.Experience setting up marketing dashboards and performance reporting.Basic understanding of SEO, website conversion optimization, and CRM data structure.Experience with B2B lead generation is a strong plus
